Replacement & Refund Policy

Because our candles are handmade in small batches, each item is unique. Slight variations in colour, finish, or scent strength are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered faults.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the item and packaging

We will happily offer a replacement or refund once the issue has been confirmed.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please let us know as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, including scent or colour preferences.

Safety & Use

Refunds or replacements cannot be offered for items that have been used incorrectly, burned improperly, or altered after delivery. Please follow all candle safety instructions provided.

Shipping Information

All of our candles are handmade to order with care. Because of this, please allow time for your item to be made before it is dispatched.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 7–10 working days. This timeframe allows us to carefully hand-make, cure, and package each candle to ensure the best quality.

During busy periods or seasonal demand, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer. If this happens, we will keep you informed.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within England (United Kingdom only).

Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the postal service selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary, particularly during peak periods.
