Because our candles are handmade to order or in small batches, each item is unique. Slight variations in colour, finish, or scent strength are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered faults.

  • Replacement & Refund Policy

    Because our candles are handmade in small batches, each item is unique. Slight variations in colour, finish, or scent strength are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered faults.


    Damaged or Faulty Items

    If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • A clear photo of the item and packaging

    We will happily offer a replacement or refund once the issue has been confirmed.


    Incorrect Items

    If you receive the wrong item, please let us know as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement or refund.


    Change of Mind

    Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, including scent or colour preferences.


    Safety & Use

    Refunds or replacements cannot be offered for items that have been used incorrectly, burned improperly, or altered after delivery. Please follow all candle safety instructions provided.
