Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 7–10 working days. This timeframe allows us to carefully pack your items and arrange delivery with our postal service.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the postal service once the parcel has been dispatched
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control (such as postal delays).
Out of Stock Items
If an item is marked as out of stock, it cannot be ordered or pre-ordered.
We do not offer backorders or pre-orders because:
Stock availability depends on when we are able to receive more inventory
Restock dates can vary and are not always predictable
Once an item is restocked, it will automatically become available for purchase again on our website.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, we will aim to notify you via email (but please bare with us as this will be done manually by our volunteer as orders are made/posted).
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are included within the cost of the item.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Refunds & Returns Policy
At Misfits Rescue, we want both you and your cat to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Items must be returned at the customer’s expense unless the product is defective or incorrect
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Used cat bowls or feeding items
Used or damaged toys
Items marked as final sale
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
